Pure Bliss' Zumba and Wiggle Fit classes are participating in this year's St. Patrick's Day parade here in Derry. This year's theme is the Land of the Little People. The music and dances have been choreographed and for those that are participating (25 of you in total), you can get your practice in classes. Also, here is one of the dances, which have been uploaded to the Pure Bliss YouTube channel. You can also see it above.
